In order to manufacture this number of parts using the technology ofn Rotational Molding (Rotomolding), it is necessary to control, piece by piece, to guarantee perfect quality. It is true that each sector requires a type of control; sealing, surface quality, mechanical resistance, tight tolerances, or all of them at the same time, but in all cases the guideline that should guide us is the conciliation between the customer’s needs and your plant monitoring parameters. If there is a deviation from these two clear coordinates, the mess is assured and the problems multiply exponentially. It is not valid to apply single systems for different customers/sectors. Each piece is a world and we have the obligation to know deeply our small world, our daily, personalized and oriented manufacturing.
