When designing a Rotomolding mold it is very important to consider where we decide to make the parting line. Even more so if our piece is going to be textured. When we close the mold, the fit must be perfect. Otherwise we will have material leakage and difficult deburring. The simplest molds have a single parting line, but when the part has counter outlets it is necessary to open the mold in several parts in order to extract the part.
